How to cut glass tiles

I am installing glass mirrors as a backsplash to my kitchen counters. What is the best tool and procedure to cutting the glass to allow for the electrical routlets. These cuts will be in the centre of the mirrors.

I don't even mess with it. I mark it out and take it to the "glass shop". They have all the tools and do this for a living. They can cut out four, five or six holes for me and I flip them $20 cash. They do it in less than ten minutes and everything is perfect. They even hit the sharp edges with they little grinder so no one slices their hands when working on the outlets at a later date.
