Can you make Adirondack chairs with composite wood?

Hi Mike,

Building a chair from composite is absolutely doable. In fact, check out this folding/rocking Adirondack where I did just that.

The answers to most of your questions are there in that link, but I do have an addition: not all composites are created equally, and all will glue, cut, and route differently. Do some experimentation with whichever product you choose. Also, select a solid composite, rather then the hollow or jacketed varieties.

Have fun!
