Why It's Hot: New jigs in town will have you jumping to make joints
General Tools and Instruments from the United States has come out with a line of jigs called E-Z Pro. The dovetail jig will turn your router into a pin-and-tail-making machine for either half-blind or through joints. The pocket-screw jig lets you make simple and strong joints that will bring your woodworking projects together. The E-Z Pro line also includes jigs for dowelling and mortises and tenons, and a jointer clamp. ($45 to $120; generaltools.com)
